Netlight Analyst interview questions

Very professional and structured review process, the recruiter was very open about the compensation right away, the process was composed of 3 round. 1st round was with the recruiter, 2nd technical interview (system design) and 3rd behavioral with the higher level manager. Overall all people involved in the interview were very professional, I got plenty of feedback at each step.

They contacted me on LinkedIn, I had several phone calls and 3 interviews of about an hour each, one general talk, one case presentation, and one more personal talk with a partner. They also asked me to write a "consultant CV" before the last interview using a format they provided. I had already provided my own CV but they wanted me to write it in their format. In total i spent at least 4-5 hours of my time, but in the end I was rejected with the reason that I did not seem interested enough in the job.
