They did not give you a formal offer unless you accepted the position. It look over 2 weeks to meet with the director for a second interview and cancelled with little to no warning due to not communicating with the directors

It was the best interview I have ever had. Very conversational. It felt like a conversation where the employer really wanted the best fit for both the applicant and the school.
