The interview process began with a 72-hour coding challenge, which tested problem-solving skills and technical depth. This was followed by three interviews: a technical introduction interview, a behavioral interview, and a coding interview. After the interviews, there was another 72-hour coding challenge that went deeper into real-world problem scenarios.
The challenges were quite difficult but very engaging—you learn a lot through them, and they’re definitely worth the effort. Mike Whitaker, the Head of Talent, led the entire process. He was extremely responsive (I received feedback within a day for all rounds) and made the overall experience enjoyable and smooth. I really appreciated the structure, transparency, and thoughtfulness that went into the recruitment process.
