Interview
This company is extremely unprofessional and if you are going to be interviewing with them, save yourself the trouble. They wasted months of my time and screwed me over with their lack of communication and outright disregard for my time and plans as an individual. I did two rounds of interviews with them which took extremely long to schedule, and after I was told I had the position directly from the CEO, they failed to follow up. I followed up after the interview which they did not respond to, then when I followed up again, they told me they would be in touch the following week. They didn't respond for another two weeks, telling me that they would follow up yet again the next week. They never emailed me, completely ruining my summer plans. If they had told me from the beginning that they weren't going to be able to take me on as an intern, or that they didn't actually have any intention of hiring me, I would have taken the time to search for other summer internships as it is my last summer as a college student and my last opportunity to get an internship before graduating. They clearly do not take their work seriously as they couldn't even bother emailing me back or telling me that they wouldn't be able to hire me. Not only does this show a high level of unprofessionalism, but they clearly do not care about how their inability to do business affects others. Luckily, I'm not interested in working for a company this unprofessional and incompetent. Do NOT apply for any position with this company, they will waste your time.
Direct and straightforward, no one was confrontational and the interview went exactly as expected from a company of this size and name. I think they were very kind and informational about the position and people involved in crucial decision making

Interview
The interview process was over a period of four weeks, with one video interview a week until I got to speak with the CEO who hardly gave me a second glance. After the interview process I was ghosted. I sent an email a week after the final interview and they said that they were still waiting. Followed up each week for the next two weeks and received no responses. All the feedback during the interviews was only positive, but it was ridiculous to take a whole month to interview just to ghost a candidate. It didn’t seem like the team was well connected being on two separate coasts and not having an office space set up for the position they were hiring for.
