    Application

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2+ weeks. I interviewed at Nomura Holdings (London, England) in November 2020.

    Interview

A general discussion about previous roles and approach to problem solving. This part went really well. But the company has a tendency to ghost candidates and you hear nothing back in the form of feedback or even the outcome of the interview. I was so excited about the possibility of joining the company so the wait was hard and eventually I had to just assume I'd been unsuccessful. A friend interviewed with them a number of years ago and apparently had a similar experience.
