Interview
1st part is basic questions. One of then was, what would you do for woman who is trying to stay healthy while husband is in hospital? Then a 1 minutes video why you want to work for noom. After this, I got a request to have a mock interview a week later.

Question 1
I made it to the 2nd part of the interview and I'm sharing because I have no clue what this agency is going for. You do a mock session with a woman who wants to lose weight but doesnt want to give up eating at restaurants or cook. So I figured I'd meet her halfway and have her eat healthy foods at restaurants. I got her to agree. Figured we take it one step at a time since this woman was so against any change. I get that the company wants to see how you would react but I built empathy with her, build rapport and made sure she took a small step towards a healthier her. But I didnt get the position. So I'm sharing for future candidates out there. Maybe my experience can help you. Good luck!

Why are you interested in job? Previous health coach work?
POOR. Sucked. The interviewer seemed very young and ageist. It seems like this girl would have rather been looking at her phone and responding to texts than interviewing someone for a job position—worst experience ever!!
