Interview
I applied in January with a resume. This was followed up with a 4 questioned timed test and a 1 min video introducing myself. I was notified shorty after that they had filled positions, but to set up an interview yet for the next hiring round. I just completed that interview along with an hour long mock coaching online through Google Docs. I am now waiting for the last Zoom interview
A few rounds of interviews with leadership and then presented with a case study for a theoretical user of Noom of how to assist them through menu selection at a popular restaurant chain.
Interview process included a mock interview (digital) and a virtual 1:1 meeting with a Heath Coach. My 1:1 meeting ended up being a phone call rather than a virtual meeting.
