very casual interview, they have standard questions. The interviewer is very nice. I think I answered pretty good. but I didn't get the offer. I think that is because I didn't show my leadership capability. And sales experience is very important too.

how you can make sure you will be the number one sales?
Straight forward. Lots of questions on customer service and past history of work. Big emphasis on experience with team leading. Quotas seem to also be a big portion of it.
Fast and straightforward. The managers were informative and gave me feedback almost immediately that they were going to send me to the next step. I only had 2 interviews and heard back right away
