I made it through two rounds of interviewing. The interviews involved 4+ staff members, with the second round being a couple of hours long. The people were nice and the questions asked and conversations that ensued were thoughtful. I reached out with a thank you email and received no response, which isn't a huge deal. After not hearing from them for a little over a week, I reached out to check in and received no response. I never heard back. After making it so far in the interview process and investing a considerate amount of time, I was disappointed to have been completely ghosted.
