I had 2 phone interviews that were both very easy. The recruiter and I talked for an hour about my experiences, projects, and what to expect out of Northrop.

Walk through your resume
Initial recruiter call, then 4-5 person panel interview for 1 hour. The panelist was primarily behavioral and asked for experience with CS and leadership. Recruiter call was just verifying school information.

Mostly conversational interview process with strong emphasis on personality screening. This was conducted over a couple of phone calls, one with HR and one with an engineering manager. There was no technical interview whatsoever
