I went to a career fair and talked with a recruiter in line about my resume and experiences. The next day I got a call and officially filled out the position they told me about. 3 months later they told me where I was working.

Easy, it wasn't a technical interview. I got a same day interview when I attended a conference. In conferences I have always had a great experience and had more jobs offer.
2 Interviews, one general interview and specific. Straight forward interviews. Both were done on the phone. Interviewed in october and then in december and got an offer two days after the december one
