I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman (San Antonio, TX) in Dec 2022
Interview
A representative send you an email and let you know they want to interview you. The interview was very unprofessional. They set me up with the wrong time, which cause me to wait 30 mins in the interview room for no reason. I received my offer the next day, and it was below market average value compare to their competitor. I declined it and go with the other aerospace company.
I interviewed at Northrop Grumman (Cincinnati, OH)
Interview
I met a representative at a career fair. Spoke to him for 5 minutes and gave him my resume. Received an invitation to interview two days later (didn't know what position I was interviewing for). That was a 45 min phone call with a technical manager. After that one phone call I received an offer.

Question 1
What kind of work am I interested in doing? Since much of the work cannot be disclosed, the interviewer has to sort of gauge your interests and proclivities ahead of time to predict if you're a good fit for the niche tasks.
