Novartis Competitive Intelligence Analyst interview questions

Was contacted by a member of the HR team enquiring about my interest in the position. Sent CV and other details and arranged for a telephone interview. Interview scheduled for set time but HR did not call at the time. No response to further email communication. Quite disappointed with work ethics of HR, but this may well be a single person and may not reflect the ways old whole team.
