Interview
I applied to one of their internship pipelines, and got approached by a hiring manager which wanted a remote interview. The interview was very pleasant mostly them explaining the role and I got to talk a bit about myself. After that, they decided to book a second interview where I got to present a case in person. However the hiring manager seemed very concerned that I wouldn’t fit because I am an engineer in a business related department, I got disappointed that they wasted my time if they didn’t see me as a good fit anyway from the beginning because of my studies. I get very confused by them asking how would i fit if they are the ones approaching in the first place. I think it’s very unprofessional to waste somebody’s time like that, when it had nothing to do with the interview itself.

Interview
Applied via the IT student pipeline and heard back around 3 months later, directly from the hiring team member. Very friendly one-hour personal interview with two employees. Long introduction to the team and company, followed by "classic" interview questions. I heard back within a week.
