It was good and manageable. The employer was very easy-going and calm to begin with, and the interview was less tense than the previous company. The tests were also quite competitive but very beneficial.

The interview process was quite smooth, probably because I was already employed internally at Novo Nordisk and moving horizontally within the company. I remember having a couple of interview rounds — one with my future manager and a team member, and another with HR. I also had to complete a personality test. Overall, I was satisfied with the process.

I was a student, so I only had a single interview with a colleague and the people leader, We went over my application and past experience as well as a definition of the role for which they were hiring.

The interview process was quite simple and I was kept well informed of the next steps throughout the process and was informed of the decisions promptly. The HRs are very cordial and very respectful of the candidates time and effort
