Personality test was odd. It did not seem relevant to the day-to-day tasks of being a developer. The results also followed you throughout your career of the company even if they were not accurate.

Interview
I started with a short phone screening and was invited to take an online questionnaire. Afterward I was invited to an on-site interview. I waited for over 30 minutes for HR and the others who interviewed me. There was a short tech test and I spent hours going over my personality test with multiple people back to back over a period of around 5 hours. Everyone was nice and easy to talk to, but every person that I spoke with was late, by an average of 15 minutes...

Interview
I applied to NowPow via a recuriter.
There was a phone interview with the head on tech first.
Then I had to take a 2 hour long personality test. (They care about it a lot and will talk to you about it in the onsite interview)
After that I was invited for an onsite interview which was 4-5 hours long and I met a lot of people. Onsite interview also had some technical questions with head Mike Wolf
