Located me through recruiter searching LinkedIn. Phone screen interview with executive I would report to. On-site interviews with executive team, 5 people total, including COO and two VPs. Would have been more but some were out sick. Corvallis is somewhat remote, so one day of interviews took 3 days total. Interviews were professional, no curve balls thrown. I already knew a couple (COO & VP) through prior professional interactions, so that may have made things easy. Really nice discussions more than interviews. Most interviews were one-on-one, except two VPs took me to lunch. Good group of people. Support staff very helpful. Everyone courteous and made me feel welcome.
