Applied through a college job board, was invited to a phone screening a few days after. Typical interview questions (e.g. describe yourself, why you want to work here, etc.), and a few computer troubleshooting questions. Was asked to describe my own computer hardware setup. Screening was about an hour. On-site followed a few weeks later (was delayed because of an email communication error). The managers/interviewers were very courteous and friendly. Asked more standard job, experience, and behavioral questions. A few more computer troubleshooting questions, customer service questions, and the "describe X to someone who has never heard of it" questions. No questions related to chemical engineering or mechanical engineering (despite their job description specifically looking for those types of graduates). Interview took about three hours. An offer was extended the very next week over phone and letter confirmed over email. Overall, very fast response to questions and timeline was succinct. Seems like a good work environment with good benefits.
