Phone interview, easy, no need to prepare too much just be genuine about your intentions. You’ll be asked the common interview questions. Interviewer was friendly. Be sure to sound confident and list any customer service experience you’ve had before.
Two interviews, very lovely people. The company offers a lot of information about the recruiting process and always helps and gives out information when needed. The work environment is quite good.
a very great experience, my leader is very gentle and nice to asking me about my previous experience during my study time. And the interview lasts about 30mins totally. All in all a good experience.
Initial interview was done through HireVue. Final round interview was a presentation to a panel of Otis employees. This was a remote position so both interviews were conducted virtually. I had a great experience overall.
