CV opgestuurd en toen gelijk mail gekregen voor een gesprek over de open vacature. Dit gesprek was met twee account directors en was meer een kennismaking. Na dit gesprek gelijk een stage aangeboden gekregen.

Hoe linkt jouw ervaring aan de taken die je zal vervullen bij Ogilvy?
I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Ogilvy (New York, NY) in Feb 2013
Interview
Submitted the online application in December. Wrote two essays based on the prompts that were given. Had an on campus Skype interview. Waited 3 weeks, heard nothing back, and then received an offer in early March.
It was all about creating a dialogue, as are most interviews. You can own it.
Cannot remember precisely what all the questions were but they were of a typical HR interview format, i.e:
- What position are you interested in?
- What do you do in groups to ensure that everyone is making equal contributions and that participation is running smoothly?
- How do you stay up to date with the advertising world?
- What was one time when you had a goal that you achieved? How did you make sure that you met this goal?
- What was one time you had a goal that you could not meet or failed on?

Question 1
- Discuss a time when you failed at something important to you.
Meet with the recruiter for the internship program and she was very nice! We walked through my portfolio and she asked me a few questions. It was a mix of a "creative" interview and HR interview.
The Interview process was 2 stages and was very smooth and easy, team are friendly and answered all my question regarding the role and the company. There was an initial interview with the requirement team, the 2 official interviews with the managers, one was a question interview then stage 2 was more task focused.
