Interview
The hiring process was this: Submit in app, go in to the office, test, fill out your I-9 stuff, and find out where they are placing you. No real interview, more of a "what kind of jobs do you want" sort of thing. No drug test either which surprised me considering the client.

Trying to keep from laughing at how unprofessional the "interview" was. They had their burger kind sandwich in front of them, in an open work area (so not a real interview).
