1) 1st interview F2F,for the plant head position with Managing Director
2) second interview > plant visit satisfied with after interview results,
when the salary discussion followed > before plant visit not told to me for the their budget & told per market Norms they fix the remuneration.
current salary drawn clearly mentioned in resume. which is submitted before F@F interview and also they agreed & said to me, they follow market Norms . remuneration expectation is not constraint for them.
before plant visit this supposed to be disclosed > not informed.
the budge for the position suddenly comes into matter & now company declare that his position Under Hold..
After two days interview conducted by them finally budgetary norms come in to the picture to Hold the position ( offer) & suddenly turn this matter to hold the position.
