Interview
Recruiter is very flaky, ghosts a lot of people. I don't recommend wasting your energy. He acts all excited like the process will be super fast and tells you he will follow up in a couple days and then proceeds to not reply to any follow up emails you send. Very bizarre behavior. No idea why they chose this guy when recruiters are a dime a dozen.

Question 1
How soon can you start as we definitely want to move forward?
Thank you for sharing your perspective. We’re sorry to hear that your experience with our recruiting process left you feeling frustrated. Clear and timely communication is a priority for us, and while we understand how important prompt follow-ups are, it seems there may have been some misunderstanding about the timeline.
We value every candidate’s time and effort, and we’ll take your feedback into account to ensure we’re setting clearer expectations moving forward. Thank you again for your input, and we wish you all the best in your career endeavors.
Really easy interview talking about experiences. A small quick technical interview but other than that just really good experience. The only issue was that they didn’t tell me that my second interview was going to be a technical interview, so I was a little bit off guard

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Ondaro in Jun 2020
Interview
Interview with Recruiter - General overview of the role, gave a summary of the company and the environment. Asked if I was ok with travel once COVID passed and ok working remote when not travelling. Talked about Company and employee fit. Allowed for questions about benefits and talked about next steps.
I did follow up with an email to get the technical interview scheduled.
Technical interview was speaking with another Engineer about the ServiceNow platform. My experiences. What I enjoyed about ServiceNow. Where I'd like to grow in the future. No quiz like I've had in other technical interviews, just a chat to see if I'd worked in the platform.
Third interview was with the Consulting Director. Talking about if I'd been a consultant before. If I would be comfortable being a consultant instead of a more standard position. What my impressions were of consultant jobs. Was left with a very positive outlook after the third interview.
Heard back about 1 week later with an offer.
