      Interview

I applied online and received an assessment that consisted of MCQs and coding questions. Post that, within a week, I received a call from HR to schedule an interview. It had a Critical Thinking round followed by a technical round. The technical interviewer shared a JS code and asked to optimize it. The other was a coding question on Strings.

UI Developer - New Grad Interview

      Application

I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at OneTrust (Atlanta, GA) in Mar 2019

      Interview

There were a total of 3 rounds. The first round was an on-campus, 30 minute technical interview. The interviewer asked relatively easy programming questions and asks you to write the code on a whiteboard in any language, pseudocode is allowed as long as you can explain your thought process. The second round involved an online hackerrank test which was 90 minutes long with multiple choice questions and 2 coding problems. (For me, I think they made one of the 2 coding problems a custom problem, but some of the tested inputs didn't match the supposed outputs they provided, which confused me to no end and I was basically giving up by the end.) The third round was an on-site interview with two parts: a whiteboard coding problem and a "critical thinking" portion, which was basically a design question. I'm not sure how well I did overall, but what really disappointed me about the company is that they don't even send any form of automatic rejection email afterwards. The HR told me that "I would be hearing back in a week" but it never happened. I sent two followup emails, attempting to contact someone who might be able to help, but there were never any replies. Honestly, I would have been satisfied even with just a generic rejection email. Since I got to the on-site, 3rd round of interviews, I felt like I deserve at least a response at that point, regardless of the outcome. Edit: I did end up getting a rejection email much, much later. I still wish they could have replied to my follow up emails, but at least they did not ghost me like I initially thought they did.
