Interview
Interview lasted for about 45 minutes. It was with the hiring manager and the manager of the controls section. The interview was at the Pickering location. I got a response within 2 weeks of the interview process.
The interview focused mainly on behavioural questions, with a few technical questions related to the role. The interviewer assessed my communication, problem-solving approach, teamwork, adaptability, and interest in the position. The technical portion tested my basic understanding of engineering concepts, relevant tools, and how I would approach practical workplace challenges.

Typical Interview. Two people, asked six behavioural questions. Interviewed online. Was around 45 min long. Started by introducing themselves, how to interview will go, and to use the STARR method.
