Applied online and was sent back a request to do a summary of what changes I would make to their current offerings. After submitting it, I received an automatic confirmation that it was received and then nothing. Not even a thanks but no thanks email. Total ghost. Terrible after putting the extra work in. Felt like a total scam to get free advice.

Interview
Had a sit down with interviewer within the company and discussed the position at length. Was asked a few questions about past experience, but overall, their was no real interest in the candidate. During the interview there seemed to be a few off topic questions thrown in to throw you off, interruptions and criticism of the candidate that was displeasing.
