Overall, my interview experience with Oracle was below average and this is the result of (i) an unstructured interview process (ii) poor quality of interviewers and (iii) lack of importance to candidate experience.
Interviewers asked very basic questions from CV, often interrupting when I’m answering. The hiring manager often went off track over sharing operational challenges and low key self praised during my interview with them. At the end of each interview stage when it was my turn to ask questions, the interviewers gave incoherent replies. Additionally, they lowball the salary offer. I’m curious to know what the talent bar is like in Oracle when their interview process is below average and closing candidates at such low compensation ranges.
Super exhausting, some interviewees didn’t even know why they were picked to conduct my interview. Total chaos and confusion across the board. The entire experience was mentally and physically exhausting…that’s all i can say

Got asked questions that I would only know if I was working there
One of the bet interview processes I've been through. It was friendly and relaxed. The interviewer gave me time to talk and explained what was required in the role. It was a great experience.
