Begins with submitting an application, followed by a phone screening to assess basic qualifications. If successful, the candidate is invited for one or more rounds of in-person or virtual interviews. These interviews may involve technical assessments, situational questions, and discussions about the candidate's experience and fit for the role. The final stages often include reference checks and a final interview with senior management before an offer is extended. Each step aims to evaluate different aspects of the candidate’s skills, personality, and alignment with the company's culture and values.
A face-to-face interview for a designer position at this company. The interview was great overall, and I appreciated the opportunity to talk about my portfolio in depth with the interviewer. They also took the time to introduce me to the company and provide some background information on their mission and values. The interview questions were fairly standard for a designer position, and I felt like I was able to showcase my skills and experience effectively. However, the wifi was not working very well during the interview, which was a bit frustrating.
