Hiring manager was very bland. I didn't move on from the phone interview with him, which is fine but called and asked if he would tell me what I could improve on in the interview process. Never got a call back.

Interview
STAR Behavioral Interview questions with a panel of 4-5 managers. Once hired go through a series of physical health test including a chest X-ray. Process took average time and received an offer almost immediately after the interview.
