I received a phone call right before leaving work (I thought that was odd) to set up an in-person interview on site with Kenworth in Kirkland. My interviewers were the HR rep that gave me a call, the manager of the bill of materials department, and an engineering manager in the same department. The questions were all off a sheet of paper, and were pretty common interview questions. At the end of the interview I asked what the next steps were and they told me I would hear back in a week or so. I felt over qualified for the job, and didn't think that answer was a good sign, but a couple days later I received a second phone call. The HR rep set me up with another interview, this time with the bill of materials department manager, and two assistant managers (one for the cab, the other for the chassis). The interview was nearly identical. The questions were all on a sheet of paper and some of the questions may have been the same. I again asked what the next steps were at the end of the interview, and was told I would hear back in a week. A couple days later I received a phone call from the HR rep and the engineering manager to give me a verbal job offer. The official job offer was emailed to me later that day.
