I applied through other source. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at PRX (San Jose, CA) in Apr 2018
Interview
I was introduced to this company through a friend who received the CEO's business card while he was working retail at a CVS. I was fresh out of college and needed a job in my field, so I reached out to the phone number on the card. I talked briefly with the CEO and she sounded like she didn't have much time for me on the phone. Nonetheless I got a date to come into the office and speak to the team.
I spoked to the CFO(?) first who gave me a run down of the company. And then the CEO came in after a slew of personal phone calls. I got up to shake her hand but she promptly said, "No thank you, I just washed my hands." Which made me feel really awkward and out of place.
Nonetheless she immediately went to the "numbers" talk and after some more introductions, I left and they gave me a call back a day later with an offer for part time to full time employment. The interview itself was very easy and I was there for about 2 years, but I got weird vibes from everyone who worked there, as if they were scared of something that the CEO would say.

Interview
The interview process moved quickly. After I sent in my resume, I was called the next day. An interview was set up for the following week. There was one interview with a panel where I was asked typical questions for the job. Once my references were checked, I was offered a job and started a short time later.
