Applied for the position and then after some phone conversations, was invited for an in-person interview. The interviewer was very interested in my Excel skills which at the time were basic user level, but I did have that on my resume. She indicated there would be an Excel test should I be moved on to the next stage. I got the impression they do considerable testing before hiring.
