Interview
Was contacted by a recruiter and given a quick overview of the company. After a few days the recruiter contacted me again and did a phone interview and discussed what the big issues at the Pactiv plant were.
After a few days the HR person at the plant contacted me and we had a 45 minute phone interview. Liking my answers he connected me with the Maintenance Head, and former production supervisor, and I had another 45 minute interview with him.
Liking my answers so far they asked to have me visit the plant, a 4.5 hour drive, to do a final interview consisting of interviewing with HR, Maintenance, Safety, one of their existing Production Supervisors, Plant Manager, and Engineering.
Was contacted a few days later and told that due to my position on discipline they were not going ahead with an offer.

Interview
Very disorganized. Showed up at the time requested, nobody seemed to know that I was scheduled for an interview as I sat in the lobby for 30 minutes. During the interview, no relevant questions were asked and when I was explaining my background and experience, not a single person was paying attention. That speaks volumes, to me, about the culture of the company. I walked out of the interview frustrated and felt like I wasted my time. I accepted an offer from another company that I felt understood the significance of good leafership.

Most of the questions were preprinted basic questions. No thought was put into leadership style, conflict resolution, etc.

Interview
The process went rather smoothly. The interviewer made me feel rather comfortable and provided tons of positive feedback. I felt really positive about the communication between myself and the interviewer.

I was contacted after applying to online posting. I went for an interview at the Canandaigua facility. I interviewed with 5 people, one was a phone interview in ATL. The process was smooth and everyone was nice and to the point. The questions centered on my past experience.
