I interviewed at Paddle in June 2018.


The interview process was fast an efficient. Within two days of submitting application I received an email for a 30 minute chat on the phone with the hiring manager. Two days later, I was advised I had progressed to the next stage, and received an invitation for a face to face interview at Paddle HQ. I received the final outcome and my offer within 24 hours.
Every person I spoke with was helpful, friendly and willing to answer any questions I had. I was made to feel very comfortable throughout the whole process.
