Interview

The hiring process was all done on the computer, all the reading and signing was done on their computer. It was disappointing that I did not have more time to review the information. Standard hiring process, just paperless.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Panda Express in Apr 2015
Interview
I sat down with the manager of the location, as well as the shift lead and we discussed the responsibilities and my qualifications. They discussed a list of things I would do, how the company teaches its employees to follow OSA, and what that learning process would be like. They considered where my skills that would apply to the position would come in handy, and asked in regards to other experiences I had in the restaurant world or professional positions elsewhere could apply that would be unusual.
