I applied on their online portal based on a recommended listing on a popular job search website. My application was a good match, and I got a response from the recruiter for an initial call to go over basic questions. The Screener wasn't enthusiastic about selling the company to me. Most likely he/she made up their mind within in a couple of minutes and was going through the motions. There was little interest in trying to get me to speak about architecture ( even though the job description calls for it). They are looking for a candidate who is an average joe in PM, architect, developer skills. Surprising that a premium consulting company doesn't understand the value each role brings to an IT engagement.
