Very professional - phone interview was a textbook set of typical HR questions. "What are your strengths?" "Where do you see yourself in five years" "How would you rate yourself on technology ABC? DEF? GHI?" "How much notice would you need to give if an offer was extended?" "Would you be willing to submit to a background check / drug test?"
