The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison (New York, NY) in Jan 2010
Interview
I felt very at ease with my two interviewers. They were very friendly and open throughout the interview. They asked standard questions--why I was interested in the job, what kind of leadership experiences I could bring to the position, how my previous work experience related to the skills I would need for the job. The interview went by quite quickly.

It was two interviews over the course of threeish weeks. All of the questions were behavioral and they go over your resume and career goals. They also ask why you want the position. The interviewers are very friendly and the process isn’t too stressful.

Interview
Good. The person I spoke to was nice and asked fair questions. After the interview, I was able to speak to someone else on the team, which offered more clarity on the role

Interview
Typical paralegal interview process, first was on campus and then the second round was in the office in New York. Mostly behavioral questions and also they want to make sure you are really interested in law/ going to law school
