Interview
Telephone call initially to determine suitability for the role (from both perspectives) and package. Then invited for a 1:1 interview, with my potential line manager. Very professional. A really good first impression from the company, including a friendly/helpful recruiter and reception staff knowing who I was and who I was there to see upon arrival. Informed I'd made the next stage at the end of the interview. Next stage was to deliver a 10min presentation and answer questions from 3 senior team members. Very professional process at all stages.
