I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Paychex (Columbus, OH) in Apr 2020
Interview
I had applied online, and then was reached out to by a recruiter. He was professional but conservative and slightly intense in his questioning. He fired off some questions, it was a fairly short phone interview. He let me know I would likely be "benched" and pursued for small business sales. I was never then reached out to. This was during Covid.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Paychex (Culver City, CA) in Jan 2025
Interview
I was referred to this company by a friend who is in sales. He is not at the company anymore but he says it was a good experience. It was a multi-step process, math test and ride along.
Basic screening call, then call with hiring manager, then interview with another manager. Was informed of position details and walked through offering. Was informed I didn't get the position the week after my final interview. Pretty standard.
