I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Pearson (Columbia, MD) in Apr 2014
Interview
First I received a virtual video request to record my answers and submit that by webcam.
I met with 2 mgrs. from the documents department, 2 mgrs. from associates department, and 2 mgrs. from the enrollment department. I was requested to write 2 different essays researching their company. I interviewed for the Enrollment Associate position and was declined because they felt I was over qualified in May. Received a follow-up in Jul offering employment as an Enrollment Advisor. They were hiring based on their best fit, and not the employees. If you are truly seeking a career consider different options. My references were not checked either they just keep it in a database.
