I submitted my cover letter and resume on the PSU job website. I got called two weeks later and set up an interview for the next week. They were able to hold a Skype interview... which was great considering I live 3+ hours away. The interview was with 3 people and lasted about 45 minutes. They didn't delve into anything personal. It wasn't that challenging, but it was only the first round. Three weeks later, they sent out an email saying they were no longer going to fill the position. Blah.
