Interview
The internship interview process was very competitive. PepsiCo likes to hire interns early. For example, I had one interview on my college campus with two PepsiCo recruiters. After that, I was extended a 2016 summer internship offer in September of 2015. They ask for individuals to quickly accept their offer. PepsiCo also hires interns with the intent to hire into full time positions. The Health Safety & Environmental (HSE) internship program started in the summer of 2015, and is a relatively new process.
