Interview
Started with one 2:1 interview with Senior Finance Manager and a member of HR. Asked basic behavioral questions, walk me through your resume, why Pepsi, etc. Nothing unexpected. Made it to the second round, they flew me out to Chicago, put me up in a hotel. The process was under 24 hours but there was an orientation the night before interviews. Much more informal, got to know the company a little more. Second round consisted of two 1:1 interviews getting more into finance type things, also was behavioral, seeing if I was the right fit.
Describe a time when you had more than one project to do at once and maybe had to put something on the back burner? What was the outcome? In terms of quality and completeness.

Interview
It was a contractor role, so only one round of interview with the financial manager proceeded. I was asked about my background and why I would like to have this role.
