Interview
Phone interview with HR manager and brand manager of one of Pepsico's product lines. Both seemed extremely friendly and bubbly and were very receptive to questions or concerns. Questions were a mix of standard/traditional ones and some weird ones that caught me slightly off guard. They didn't ask anything about my resume, in fact I had to take the initiative/offer to give a short blurb on myself and a brief description of my resume. Interview was about 45 minutes long.

Tell me what you would do if you were a brand manager of XX, which was losing customers and sales
3 interviews. The last one was a presentation about what things I would do to make the brand better. I made a full presentation in the PepsiCo offices in front of 2 people who also made me different questions

Interview
Quick, to the point and transparent. Not too many interview processes or tests to complete. HR very clear on role in question. HR has no hidden agenda during interview and very friendly
It was really smoothly after I apply I received an email to confirm my REF number , Then received a call to arrange first interview with HR team, After that Marketing Manager then the brand Manager.
