There is a phone screen first. Then an in person interview at the store. Questions are typical interview questions. The store manager and assistant manager are there. Fairly relaxed environment.

Interview
You fill out an application, they call you for an in person interview, sometimes they'll do a phone interview first, and then after the interview they call you to hire you. It's a fairly easy application process. Make sure to have a professional email because it tells a lot about a person. They don't do a drug test, but they should.
