Quick easy and relaxed interview was about 30 minutes long and did not have too many issues. Employer was nice and friendly and quickly got a response for an offer and start date.

Emailed to set up 1st round screening phone interview. If you move on in the process it's a video interview. Questions are very typical, asking about experience with animals and customer service, why do you want to work here, tell us about yourself, stuff like that. Both interviewers were nice and very communicative throughout the process.

The interview was very laid back but was executed in a very professional manner. I felt very comfortable during the interview. I admire how it was carried out by my current supervisor.
