I am surprised at the process for a company that is in recruiting and employee onboarding themselves. I was contacted through LinkedIn. I was sent a job description to help prepare for the interview that was supposed to be heavy on AI and sales training. The interview itself was for a role totally different of what the description said and super vague to what I would be doing. I was declined during the interview because my resume did not meet the years needed. I am not sure the recruiter understands what a learning designer program manager does with training new employees onboarding or I was just filling a time slot. It felt like a waste of time preparing to answer AI questions when the role is not. The questions were sped through and interview over in 9 minutes.
