Spoke with a recruiter first over the phone who said she would submit my resume to the manger. Had the hiring manger call back the same day and did a phone interview. After that, I had face to face interview with the manger.

If you pass the initial interview, you have a grammar test. It asks you to write down how your response to a sequence of customer inquires. .

Interview
Three interviews were conducted. Everyone was professional. All three interviews were conducted over teams and took an average of 30 minutes. Each interview was about a week apart and I heard back in one week about an offer.
