I 've received a Business case that I had to solve and submit then I got the skype interview and two phone calls interviews. After that just few more documents and questions

Why Philips? your the new brand manager what do you do first? How can you measure the effectiveness of advertising
I sent in the application and successfully passed the initial screening process. After that stage was completed, they asked me to complete a HireVue interview along with an additional assessment as part of the next steps.
Okay, the HireVue interview was interesting. Consisted of 4 questions about competencies and skills. There were questions about handling feedback, what you would do in certain situations etc. The games included numerosity and shapedance.

Tell us about a time you received feedback from your teammates; how did you react?
It was ok, just the regular questions one would expect. I didn’t go through the philips system though, i worked at one of the companies philips bought later on. Not much to say about it really
